Which payment options are available?
Visa, Mastercard, Twint, and bank transfer in advance (SEPA for EU payments).
How is my order shipped?
Via Swiss Post: A-Post, B-Post or Midibrief (for small/light items).
When will my order be dispatched?
Usually within 3 business days, provided all items are in stock.
Shipping costs
A-Post: 1 day, CHF 10.50
B-Post: 2 days, CHF 8.50
A-Post Midibrief: 1 day, CHF 4.– (accessories and small items)
Delivery address
You can choose your delivery address freely.

Orders are shipped in a neutral beige or white cardboard box.

Available for CHF 3.–.
Missing, wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us immediately. We will send the correct item at our expense and provide a return label.
Items currently unavailable
Items in stock ship immediately. Pre-ordered items are sent as soon as they arrive.

Yes, feel free to contact us for availability and delivery estimates.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return an itme?
Yes, within 10 days, unworn and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and accessories (stick-on bras, bra extenders, etc.).
How do I send a return?
Request an RMA number, complete the return form, and send the item back in a suitably sized box.

Who pays return shipping?
