Orders and Shipping

What options do I have when placing an online order?

You can purchase merchandise either as a guest or a registered customer.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay via Visa, Mastercard or Twint or by prepayment (Vorauskasse). When chooying prepayment as a EU citizen, you can "SEPA" to ensure low transfer costs.

What options do I have to receive my order?

You can have your order delivered by mail or pick it up in our showroom. Please schedule an appointment for in-store pickups.

How long after submitting my order will my items ship?

If your order is placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, we will ship as soon as possible, which is usually within three business days, pending all items are in stock.

What are my shipping options?

Your order will be shipped via DPD or Swiss Post. You can choose between options A Post (Post Pac Priority) and B Post (Post Pac Economy). We deliver packages that weigh max. 2kg. Costs and delivery times of these options for Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

 

A Post: Delivery one day after shipping. CHF 10.50
B Post: Delivery two days after shipping. CHF 8.50

We can ship accessories, bralettes and underwear by Midibrief Priority if the total weight is 500g or less. Cost and delivery time for this option:

A Post: Delivery one day after shipping. CHF 4.-

Where can I have my order delivered to?

You can choose your delivery address freely.

How does the packaging look?

We ship your order in a neutral beige or white shipping box.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, we're happy to pack your order as a gift. To do this, select "I would like my order to be gift wrapped" in the 4th step of the ordering process option. We charge CHF 3.- for gift wrapping.

What do I do if my order was shipped incomplete or contains the wrong product?

In the unlikely event of receiving damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately via telephone at 056 536 83 33 or email kundenservice@leilani-lingerie.ch at your earliest convenience so we may send you a replacement item and/or a return label free of charge.

What happens if my order contains a back ordered item?

If an item is back ordered we will inform you of the back ordered item(s). We ship back-ordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when shipped and, in the event of multiple shipments you will not be charged more than your original shipping quote.

I am interested an item that is currently out of stock. Do you have a waitlist?

Yes. Add the product labelled "Backordered" to your shopping cart and we'll ship it out as soon as it becomes available. Or concact us if you like to be put on our waitlist for a particular item. We'll contact you as soon as it becomes available.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product does not match your requirements, you can return it unworn and in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt for a refund to us. All original tags must be attached to the merchandise. Panties must be unworn. Worn underwear and products that are returned without a label cannot been returned.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Accessories such as bra extenders, stick-on bras etc. can not be exchanged or returned.

Can I return sale items?

No, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

I would like to return an item. How do I proceed?

If you want to return an item, please contact us by email at kundenservice@leilani-lingerie.ch or 056 536 83 33, so we can give you a return authorization number (RMA #). Please fill out the return form and send the package back to us. Please use a box big enough for the merchandise you are returning to avoid damaging the pads of the bras.

I would like to exchange an item. How do I proceed?

If you like to exchange an item, please return your mercahndise and place a new order online or by phone. Please contact us by email at kundenservice@leilani-lingerie.ch or 056 536 83 33, so we can give you a return authorization number (RMA #). Please fill out the return form and tick the box "Exchange. Please contact me for a fitting by phone" and then send the package back to us. We will contact you immediately after receipt of your return to discuss any questions you might have regarding the size and style of the exchange.

What do I do if my order was shipped incomplete or contains the wrong product?

Who pays for return shipping?

Original shipping fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for shipping fees for the returned merchandise. Leilani Lingerie is not responsible for any lost or returned shipments.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed and up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. This will depend on your credit card company and is not determined by us.

International Orders

Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Malta and Canada.

What are my shipping options?

Your order will be shipped via Swiss Post by registered mail and contains a tracking number and insurance.

Costs and delivery times for this option for Europe:

 

A Post: Delivery approx. 3 days after shipping. Packages up to 500g: CHF 19.- Packages less than 1 kg: CHF 24.-

Cost and delivery time for this option for Canada, Australia and the United States of America :



A Post: Delivery approx. 7 days after shipping. Packages up to 500g: CHF 22.- Packages between 501g and 1 kg: CHF 32.-

What fees will be charged for my international delivery?

For orders to Europe, the Value Added Tax (VAT) will be displayed in the shopping cart based on the shipping address. Upon completing the purchase, the VAT of the destination country will be calculated. No additional costs should arise when the package arrives. The order will be sent directly to the delivery address.

What are my payment options?

International orders can be paid by credit card or in advance via SEPA bank transfer. There may be foreign bank fees that you will have to cover.

What is your return policy?

 Shipping costs and any customs fees for re-importing the goods to Switzerland will be your responsibility. Upon receipt of the goods, the value of the goods will be refunded, but unfortunately, the VAT paid in your country cannot be refunded.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you return an item to us, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the goods, the value of the goods will be refunded, but unfortunately, the VAT paid in your country cannot be refunded.

If you wish to exchange an item, the same shipping costs as the original order will apply, meaning you will cover the shipping costs.

The shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded in the case of an exchange or return. Leilani Lingerie is not responsible for lost returns.
