Do you ship imternationally?

Yes, we ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Malta and Canada.

Are there specific conditions for international orders?

Yes, the following conditions apply to international orders:
Orders may not exceed a value of €150 (IOSS regulation).
For higher order values, please contact us directly.

What are my shipping options?

All international parcels are shipped with Swiss Post, including tracking and insurance.

Europe:
Priority (A-Post), approx. 3 days:
CHF 19.– (up to 500g) / CHF 24.– (up to 1kg)

Canada & non-European countries
Priority (A-Post), approx. 7 days:
CHF 22.– (up to 500g) / CHF 32.– (up to 1kg)

What fees apply to international delivery?

The VAT of the destination country is shown in the cart and charged at checkout (IOSS).
Usually, no additional fees are charged upon delivery.
In rare cases, customs authorities may apply extra costs.

Which payment methods are available?

Credit card or SEPA bank transfer.
Any bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return international orders?

Yes. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging and returned within 10 days.
Sale items and accessories are excluded.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions.
Complete the return form.
Attach the original invoice on the outside of the parcel.
Return the package using the same shipping service as the original delivery.

Important:
Return shipping costs and any re-import customs fees are paid by the customer.
For IOSS shipments, we refund the item value including VAT paid at checkout.
For non-IOSS shipments, VAT cannot be refunded.

How does an exchange work?

Request an RMA number.
Return the article and place a new order.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Leilani Lingerie is not responsible for lost return parcels.
