How your lingerie looks its best

Lingerie is made from delicate fabrics. We would like to share some wash and drying techniques to help you get the longest possible life from your lingerie.

How do I wash my bras?

We recommend to hand wash your lingerie in cool to lukewarm water in a mild detergent. If you do machine wash your bra, close the hook / eye closure, put the bra in a lingerie bag and select a gentle wash program. After washing, reshape the cups while the bra is still damp. Let the bra hang to dry. Never use a tumble dryer to dry lingerie as the heat is extremely damaging to the fabrics and underwires.

How often should I wash my bra?

We recommend that you change the bra daily and wash it once a week.

What can I do if the bra cups look wrinkled or dimpled after washing?

Assuming that you did not wash the bra in hot water or place it in the dryer, the quickest fix for this is to reshape the bra cups while the bra is still damp from washing. If you do not reshape the cups by hand, the cups will dry as they appear directly out of the washin machine.

How do I use and clean the reusable adhesive products by Magic Bodyfashion?

These products use non-toxic surgical glue to adhere to your skin. We therefore recommend not wear any body oil or lotion before you put them on. After use simply wash the items with warm water and soap and have them air dry before putting them pack into the container.

How do I store my bras?

Put your bra open in the lingerie drawer. Don't invert one cup into the other, as this damages the pads, makes the cups look bumpy and shortens the life of your bra.

How long should my bra last?

The lifespan of a bra depends on how often you wear it and how you wash it. If you do not wear a particular bra frequently, it could easily last years. But keep in mind that your bra size can change over time.
