How do I purchase a gift card?

You can find our gift cards here.
The minimum amount is CHF 25.–.
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
We will send the gift card by post to you or directly to the recipient.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed online or in our showroom.

Online:
At checkout, select "Bank transfer / Prepayment"

Send us an email with your order number, gift card number and gift card amount
→ we will apply the gift card and confirm your updated balance

Showroom:
Simply present your gift card during your fitting appointment.

Can I use multiple gift cards?

Yes, you can combine several gift cards.

What if my gift card doesn’t cover the full amount?

We will apply the gift card and send you the remaining balance, which you can pay by bank transfer.

Can I return items paid with a gift card?

Yes. We will issue a new gift card for the refunded amount.

How long is my gift card valid?

Our gift cards do not expire.
